Warm Up North is a partnership of nine local authorities in the North East of England with one single goal: to improve the energy efficiency of domestic and non-domestic properties to improve the quality of life for residents.

The project started as a pioneering initiative to successfully implemented a large scale housing retrofit programme of energy efficiency and renewable measures led by Newcastle City Council.
