Almost 100 “Do It Yourself” posters featuring innovative cities actions were exhibited during the Rendezvous.
The attendants of the 16th Energy Cities Annual Rendezvous were invited to vote for the “most interesting actions”. Three posters were awarded during the Award Ceremony of the “Zagreb Cities Grand Prix” held on Friday, April 8th, for being the most original, inspiring and attractive:
"Take Control! Use energy responsibly! - Cork (IE)
"One Planet Sutton" - London Borough of Sutton (GB)
"Public use of electric bicycles" - Agueda (PT).

With almost 200 participants from various sectors and levels, 3 festivals of actions, 1 political strategy session with 14 high-levels speakers…The 16th Energy Cities Annual Rendezvous was a great success, and not only in terms of numbers.
The event gathered representatives of cities and local energy agencies, of European associations as well as national and regional institutions. A critical look at what happened in the last year was followed by practical city experiences from all over Europe on three main topics: participation, territorial cohesion and financing.
Energy Cities would like to thank everyone who participated, helped, and followed this event, which is always a great pleasure for us.
