Only hydraulic balance can guarantees an optimal operation of heating circuits and avoid over-heated rooms.
This constitute an important potential for the action program “climate protection” of the city as well as to maintain rent after renovation.
Since 2009 the hydraulic balancing has been part of the support program “ Energy Saving” of the city : it is financially supported and is a pre-condition for others subvention according to the city’s Quality Standard.
