The EU 2020 Strategy

Last 3rd March 2010, the European Commission published its new economic strategy for Europe 2020.
Europe 2020 will focus on a trio of interlinked priorities: growth from knowledge, creating an inclusive society, and building a greener economy that is competitive at international level.
The Commission is putting forward seven flagship initiatives to catalyse progress under each priority theme. We invite you to acquaint yourself with the "Resource efficient Europe" flagship initiative (p.14 of the Communication), and share with us your questions, remarks and proposals.
Energie-Cités will soon prepare its comments on this document that will form our framework for the ten upcoming years.
