To organise a European-wide competition for the most energy efficient practices in schools.
EACI is looking for a service provider to design the competition, engage schools through national contact points, launch 2 annual competitions (2 school years) and award the winners of the competitions at national and European levels.
Contract duration would be 3 years and the total contract value is €1.8 million. The deadline to submit offers is 27 July 2009.
