Local authorities play a major part in the process of the energy shift that we all aim at. What about the national governments? How can they help local authorities to transform their objectives into reality?

This question will be the key issue of the strategy session of Friday, 8th of April, welcoming representatives from European organisations such as the European Renewable Energy Council and Euroheat and Power among others. This session will be organized in 2 parts: a panel discussion and a moment for reactions and suggestions from different experts and local representatives.
