Thank you, Robert!

Robert Schwint, former Mayor of the city of Besançon (FR) and the first President of Energy Cities (1990 to 1997) has passed away last night. He believed in a utopian project and he was able to trust in those who, in their everyday life, turned it into reality ! It was at the end of the 80s, at a time when energy prices were particularly low, that the idea emerged to create a network of cities focused on energy.
