EU Affairs Assistant

Energy Cities is looking for a motivated candidate to assist its Brussels team with lobbying, communication and administrative tasks. This is a unique opportunity to work in a challenging environment with EU Institutions and stakeholders.
The candidate will work in close collaboration with EU Affairs and Communications officers.

Communications Assistant

We are looking for a communications student who loves to create engaging communications and who is at ease with writing journalistic style texts in English (French is a bonus). We’re sure you will enrich the communications team’s work with your creative ideas and your storyteller talent.

In addition to communications skills and experience:

  • You should have an interest in the energy transition and a shared passion with those that are committed to making cities greener and more liveable
  • You must be enrolled in a Bachelor or Master’s Programme in Communications

Start of internship: as soon as possible

Internship conditions

Workplace: BESANCON, FRANCE
2, chemin de Palente
FR-25000 Besançon (Google Maps)

Duration: 3-6 months, all over the year

Salary: 500 €/month (internship contract)

Accomodation:
Possibility to be hosted at the Youth hostel "Foyer Les Oiseaux"
(right in the middle between the Energy Cities premises and the city centre.)

Status of the applicant: Student

Important:

  • Eligible candidates must be pursuing studies and be able to get a three-party internship contract (school/university-Energy Cities- intern). Graduated students’ applications will not be considered unless a contract can still be signed with their educational institution.
