Funding opportunities from Intelligent Energy Europe

The expected publication date of the IEE call for proposals 2010 is mid-March and as the expected deadline for applying is mid-June, it is time to start to reflect on the proposals you intend to submit!

Frédéric Boyer from our Brussels Office attended the IEE European Info Day organised by the EACI on 3rd February.
The funding areas for 2010 are the following:
SAVE (energy efficiency):
- Energy-efficient buildings
- Consumer behavior
STEER (energy-efficient transport):
- Energy-efficient transport
- Capacity building on clean transport + learning
ALTENER (renewable energy sources):
- RES-Electricity & CHP
- Bio-energy
- Renewables in buildings
INTEGRATED INITIATIVES:
- Local energy leadership
- Strengthening capacities for financing intelligent energy in housing

If you intend to submit a proposal, please let us know as soon as possible by sending us a summary description of your project idea. We will collect and circulate all of them within the network so that you can join one or the other and/or find partners.
We remind you that the IEE programme can fund up to 75% of your project eligible costs.
