Dunkerque 2010 - The 6th European Sustainable Cities & Towns Conference

Hosted in 2010 in Dunkerque, Energie-Cités’member city, this 6th conference will focus on "Delivering Sustainable Cities - The Local Leadership Challenge"

From 19th and 21st of May, the Dunkerque 2010 conference will explore how local sustainability can represent an answer to the current economic, social and climate challenges. Participants will also consider how local sustainable development can be further implemented at the European level under the actual financial and political frameworks, in light of the outcomes of the climate negotiations taking place in December 2009 in Copenhagen (COP-15).
