For more than one year, exchanges have been based on a series of practical issues : internal organisation, collection of data, staff profiles and training, participation of stakeholders, management of buildings, decentralised energy, etc., on a very cooperative way.
In a further step, these cities want to extend their cooperation to other capitals such as Belgrade, Tirana and Ankara. Energy and climate issues will be linked to a strong political dimension.

During the same week, Zagreb has hosted the 16th Annual Rendezvous of Energy Cities with 160 participants. Zagreb is member of the network since 2009.
