Low energy buildings save 65% of energy in the municipality of Brno – Novy Liskovec (CZ)
They invested 7 M EUR coming from the municipal budget, municipal fund (collected tenants’ rents) and commercial loans from the banks. The calculated pay-back period of this investment was 17 years in 2001 while thanks to the increasing energy prices it fell to 10 years in 2009.
